I am a hardworking, intelligent sales person and have spent my working career in sales and recruitment in Oxford. I have become exceptionally knowledgeable in many aspects of recruitment in Oxford as well as developing a strong ability to develop business and close sales. Having held several branch manager positions in Oxford I am also experienced in managing staff. I am keen to take on a new challenge in recruitment in Oxford. My main responsibilities in this challenging position include establishing relationships with Oxford companies, as well as organisations further afield, maintaining a good working knowledge of jobs in Oxford and recruitment in Oxford and ensuring the smooth running of my branch through effective management of the team. Our main focus is Oxford recruitment which I believe that I have helped by making sure that I attend local networking events and conferences. I have been able to considerably increase our Oxford business as well as business as a whole. My best achievement has been to create a relationship with Oxford Borough Council / Oxfordshire County Council. We have been able to fill these public sector jobs very effectively.
